Advising clients on their rights and obligations under contracts; as well as dealing with disputes regarding breach of contract and/or statutory warranties implied into contracts, such as the Australian Consumer Law.
Building and Construction
Focusing on disputes under the security of payment legislation, assisting subcontractors with claims against head contractors and progressing those claims to adjudication and/or defending such claims on behalf of head contractors.

Specialising in insolvency and corporations law, assisting parties with general debt recovery, issuing bankruptcy notices, creditors' petitions, statutory demands and winding up applications; enforcing judgments and/ or setting aside judgments; advising directors of their rights and obligations under the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) and assisting with disputes under that legislation (including shareholders disputes).
Property Disputes
Making claims for adverse possession; making claims for nuisance, where a party’s right to quiet enjoyment of their property has been disturbed or interfered with; commencing and defending Court proceedings regarding equitable interests in property (seeking declaratory relief of those interests from the Court.)
Defamation
Issuing concerns notices for defamed parties and commencing subsequent court proceedings where those disputes are not resolved; as well as defending parties accused of having made defamatory publications.
